Post position display for KVM box

Newbie to this forum -

I've switched from SuSE10 to KBUNTU 5.1. How can I adjust the horizontal position of the display? I use a KVM box for multiple machines and the KBUNTU display is offset; SuSE had a configuration utility the allowed adjusting hor & ver alignment, etc.

It is not a flat panel monitor, using Nvidia graphics card.

Refresh Rate

I've experienced much the same problem, resolved by setting all machines that use the KVM to the same refresh rate.
