Plymouth splash screen issue on shutdown.

Hey there everybody! Today I was tinkering around with my computer and decided I wanted to put on a splash screen for a little extra eye candy. I changed my plymouth theme and it works great on the startup! However, on shutdown, it seems all "zoomed in" and pixelated. What could I possibly have done wrong?

I had already done that to get the startup screen looking good, and it worked great! However, the problem with the shutdown splash still persists :/ Before it even goes to the shutdown splash, it shows text that is also pixelated and "chopped up."

Also, I dont know if this matters at all, but the splash screen has a progress bar. However, the bar only loads up a quarter of the way before moving up to the login screen. Its not a problem, but I wasnt sure if it would help diagnose the problem. I would really like to fix this.
