Opera and MPlayer Plug-in

I want to switch to Opera. Right now I use Firefox. I can't get the MPlayer plug-in to work in Opera. Is there any way to fix this?

If not, I need to find a different program for watching embedded movies. It would be nice if it played on the actual page (like MPlayer does). It would also be nice if it was easy to set up. Any suggestions?
