noob away to try ubuntu

Hi im away to dl the iso for ubuntu and it says to comes with gnome. i have nothing against gnome but was wondering if KDE will work with it??? as i am more familyar with KDE and am starting to realy like it.

You can install the entire KDE windowmanger even if you go for a standard Ubuntu install, but if you're wanting to save space and aren't interseted Gnome, I'd second the idea of grabbing Kubuntu.
