Unhappy No .dmrc found in home after installation

DMRC doesn't exist in my HOME directory

Little story:

Installation:
Disc 0 - part 0 - SWAP - mount -
Disc 0 - part 1 - EXT3 (Ubuntu) - mount - /
Disc 1 - part 0 - NTFS (WIN7) - mount - /media/Win7
Disc 2 - part 0 - NTFS (DOCS) - mount - /home/cyborg

After the installation, i'm trying to login
But first i'll do chown and chmod

But even after searching for the .dmrc, there is no .dmrc the be found on the disc!!!

What now?

See this page about .dmrc from the Ubuntu wiki. It gives a sample .dmrc file as well the proper permissions for the file:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/dmrcErrors
You should not have had to chown or chmod anything before first logging into Ubuntu.
I don't know why the file was not created during the installation.
