more problems... no mp3 plugin for rhythmbox

Hi everybody, when i try to listen to mp3 files with rhythmbox i get this error:

http://govinda.no-ip.com/help/rythm-error.html

Since i have also problems with xmms... maybe there is any mp3 library that my system needs?
