Modifying Menus in Gnome un Ubuntu 5.0.4
Have just taken the plunge into Ubuntu after being a Mandy person for about 5 years. System really good, but am unable to modify the Gnome menus. Have followed the instruction in the Gnome help, ie entering "applications-all-user:///" in Nautilus but it returns not a valid destination. Tried the manual menthod suggested ie go to the folder:
/etc/gnome-vfs-2.0/vfolders/applications-all-users.vfolder-info
and add a folder etc, but the dir tree doesn't exist beyond gnome-vfs-2.0
Where is the vfs system located in the system so I can manually modify the menus?
