Migrating from Slack to Ubuntu / Fluxbox xorg.conf question

I was getting tired of the pkg management in slackware, so I decided to try Ubuntu out for a change. I don't particularly care for the packaged gnome environment and would like my good old speedy fluxbox back.

I tried migrating my old /etc/X11/xorg.conf file over, at least the relevant parts regarding Monitor and Screen. I can start up fluxbox without it crashing, but I still only have one screen working. Is there something special I need to do with Ubuntu that I don't with slackware?

Here is my current xorg.conf file:

Code:

The only difference from my slackware system is Ubuntu is probably using diff fonts, and it also added 3 Input device sections that weren't previously in my xorg.conf file. The stylus, cursor, and eraser Input device sections weren't previously in my xorg.conf file.

I don't really know where to go from here and any help would be great. Thanks, Russ

[edit] I should note that I am trying to do a dual head display, not a duplication display.

Perhaps I should say I followed a few tutorials for ubuntu and also have not come up with a working xorg.conf file. You cant tell me there isn't anyone knows anything about this.

[Edit] I have also been reading a lot of sources saying the fluxbox found in the repository is FUBAR. I have heard that it runs extremely slow, doesn't load applications correctly etc. These posts were a little dated. Does anyone use fluxbox on Ubuntu today? Does it run as fast as it should be?
