Lubuntu 12.04 32bit PAE?

Hi!
A friend of mine wants that I install on his very old computer *Ubuntu;
I suppose, Lubuntu would be the best choice.
He tried to boot another Linux with 32 bit PAE - no success.
Question: Lubuntu 12.04 32 bit comes without PAE?

Edit<.
My friend's CPU does not support PAE extensions
