"login window" menu is gone on Alacarte Menu?

My linux is Ubuntu 6.06.1.

After I changed an user's group, I found that "login window" & some other 5 menus are gone at "System" -> "Administration". I have checked the item "login window" to be visual by calling "alacarte menu editor", it doesn't help.

How to restore the "login window" and others 5 menus like original installation?
