Limited Compiz and Linuxmint green theme

Hello,

I installed 7.04 on my main computer at home. It's my gaming workhorse and dual-booting with Windows XP. Anyways, I loved how easy it was to install the nvidia-glx drivers compared to 6.06. Definitely an improvement. So I enabled the Desktop Effects and love them, too. However, are there any other ways to manage the compiz effects other than the Desktop Effects option? It seems limited to just enabling some default effects. If that's the way it was intended, then I'll leave it alone.

My second inquiry is about Linuxmint. I went to their website and immediately fell in love with the minty green theme. Is there a way to get that whole theme downloaded from somewhere and install it on Ubuntu? I like the ambers and browns as the default Ubuntu them reminds me of my first amber CRT from the late 80s, but I would like the minty green theme, too.

Thanks guys.

Just realized that Linuxmint's default desktop is KDE. May have to look around for a GNOME theme that's just as green.

Found my answer to the compiz question at ubuntuguide.org.

Found some nice green themes at gnome-look.org.
