Laptop tap to click

Hi,
Can anyone help me turn off the tap to click option on my laptops touchpad? There is a post in another forum but it says to edit a line in xorg.conf that isn't present in Ubuntu.
Thanks for ant help

I don't have a specific answer to your question, but, knowing xorg.conf, it seems likely that it would work if you copied the line from the tutorial you have found to the appropriate section of you xorg.conf.

What was the line that you were supposed to edit, and in which section of the config file was it supposed to appear?
