Kububuntu GNU c++

Hi, I have problems compiling my program when I use #include <fstream> or any other file handling includes and codes to open and close files.
This is at home where I deleted windows from my laptop and installed kubuntu.
At work I have no problems using Microsoft windows.

Could you include the full source and the command you have used to compile it.

/* Meanwhile all the files needed by include resides in /usr/include-new I previously copied them from /usr/include/c++/4.9.2
each of the directories /usr/include/c++/4* contain all the file(majority without . h. I copied all inside 4.9.2 to /usr/include-new*/
