konqueror popups at boot wtf!
 

my frends kubuntu pc is opning ads at boot when x starts. annoying as hell i tryed turning off js java and even adding the url to the adblocker knothing seems to work. what do i do to get rid of it.

What are the ads?

websites you knoe your normel ads free this free that. seems to be 1 doing it hears the urls.

they check out on my pc not infected its defently weard.

Try deleting cookies and cache. What is konqueror's home page when it starts?

ok forget it the guys dumb lol. he wasent logging out correctly thereby kde was reloading his old session. problem fixed.

I always change KDE to the "Start in Fresh Session" setting...
