Kde starts applications during startup

A few weeks ago my pc was unexpectedly shut down by a power outage.
At that time I got some apps running such as konqueror and audacious.
Ever since, these apps automatically start after a fresh startup of the kde desktop environment.
Is there a way to prevent these apps from starting?

Use the command to kill and see if that works.
pkill konqueror
pkill audacious

Then reboot.
