java

Hi again!

I use a Chinese English (mdbg.net) online dictionary. It can draw a character for you if you are not sure how to draw it. To do this it needs it says Sun java, but it can work with ordinary openjava. In Fedora I did this:

[pedroski@fangshan ~]$ ln -s /usr/java/jre1.6.0_26/plugin/i386/ns7/libjavaplugin_oji.so /home/pedroski/.mozilla/plugins/

It worked. In Ubuntu, I search for libjavaplugin_oji.so in vain.

Any tips please??

Ubuntu 10.10

sudo apt-get instal sun-java6-plugin

The file name "libjavaplugin_oji.so" may have another name in late versions :
Like /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libnpjp2.so
..
