Need more details. Does the CD boot to a boot menu or does it simply not boot at all?
Please note that if you merely extract the files from the .ISO image, it won't boot. The ISO image is actually a raw archive of an entire CD, MBR, filesystem, and all. You not only have to copy the files to the CD, but also the
Master
Boot
Record and file system as well. That's why if you really want to burn an ISO image in Windows the best thing to use is either
ISO Recorder or
InfraRecorder, as both of these burn the whole image, not just extract the files from it.
