Installing large package selections
 

Is there a command line to do such things as download all the Artist X packages into Xubuntu all at once, also Ubuntu CE or Edubuntu?

Ubuntu has a concept of MetaPackages, which allow you to install a group of packages via apt-get. I'm not sure if that package you name is part of some meta-package, though.

There is also Tasksel, which is related.
