install kubuntu from local repository

Hi every one, i know this is for ubuntu but kubuntu should be almost the same for that, at least i hope.
I need to do a crash course on installing linux at school, my teacher has a proxy setup with all the needed package, he has ordered cd's for the install but i am trying to figure out how to set the source in the installer. We want to install the last version: 7.10
hope some one can help

Ubuntu and Kubuntu are the same with the exeception of the dekstop enviroment. You can just install normal ubuntu, change /etc/apt/sources.list and install KDE
