I upgrade to Ubuntu 11.04 and now /sys/kernel/debug/vgaswitcheroo missing

I set modest to 1 and NVIDIA driver not installed.

What is the problem?

Code:
# grep -i switcheroo /boot/config-2.6.*
/boot/config-2.6.35-28-generic:CONFIG_VGA_SWITCHEROO=y
/boot/config-2.6.38-8-generic:CONFIG_VGA_SWITCHEROO=y
thanks
Nadav
