LinuxQuestions.org - I love ubuntu.

I have been using Linux on and off for a year. For every distro I have tryed I have had problems. This time i told my self i will accomplish all my goals, here they are:

Internet access (worked rite away)
Sound and video would work
run mp3 and video off my windows box
confgure my printer to work
customis my desktop the way I like (KDE)

after a few days of tinkering i got everything to work.

This is really great, but it applies to all of the - at least - newer distros. A few days of tinkering gets just about everything working...........
