How to update to BreezyBadger

I am running Ubuntu 5.04 (Hoary Hedgehog)

What is the best way to upgrade to BreezyBadger?

I could not find anywhere instructions on how to do this.

Thanks.

Edit /etc/apt/source.list and change every instance of "hoary" to "breezy". Then sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get dist-upgrade.

If you have any other issues, try googling dist-upgrade hoary to breezy and you'll find loads...

Just as a suggestion, don't do an upgrade to dapper just yet... lol, i tried it, hosed my entire system. Not quite sure why yet, but just as an FYI for anyone wanting to try it

I have not done it yet.
However when I do, I intend to make a full backup of the partition, so I can restore it back if something goes wrong.
