How to make powernowd use nice CPU time?

I wish to make powernowd take into account the nice CPU percentage.
typing

/etc/init.d/powernowd -n restart

as root does the trick. My question is how do I configure the boot up so that the daemon is initailized to use nice CPU, so that I don't have to manually reload the daemon every time.
