line 37 in the Makefile must be edited to : CPP = g++41

sudo dpkg -i gcc41-compat-4.1.2.ubu1204_i386.deb g++41-compat-4.1.2_i386.deb

reboot

cd ns-allinone-2.33/ && export CC=gcc41 CXX=g++41 && ./install

then

You still haven't built an executable 'ns' with zrp.

You said you installed the zrp***.deb package.
Then you don't have to build anything. But can do $ ns-zrp example-zrp.tcl

i already line 37 then run $ make-k again.
