How to configure a 5-button mouse on X

I'm currently trying to figure out how I can configure X11 to use the "back" and "forward" buttons on my Logitech mouse. All other three buttons work perfectly (right + middle/roller + left).

Anyone can point me in the right direction?

There is good gentoo guide for advanced mouse configuration that you could take a look at. Just google for it and you'll find it easily.

button, mouse, x11
