how to change iconset in Ubuntu 11.10 oneiric

Hi,

in the latest ubuntu release, one of the modifications involve the way to change the current iconset... but I can't understand how should I do it in Oneiric.

Is here anyone that already solved this issue?

I can not test this because I am using Lubuntu 11.04. I have not used the new Unity desktop.
