How do I manipulate Login Window response?

Hey folks!

I have an idea that I would love to make happen, but I don't know if it is possible or not.

You know the message that you get if you enter the wrong username and/or password at the login window? Somthing like, "invalid username or password".
Can you change that?! Can I configure the login window to display a message of my own?

What I want to do is.,if someone trys to logon to my desktop and gets the username/password wrong, I want the message response to say somthing like, "Dont Even Try It!" or, "You Have Performed An Illegal Operation. The Administrator Has Been Notified!"

Can I do this? If so, How?

Thanks!
