hey i just installed AMSN but, this installed me the 0.94 version... and there is a new one! and i want to know how to update the amsn??

if it is not in the ubuntu respositories (yet) you will need to complile it, or find a deb or rpm package that will work on ubuntu.

or... you can just wait until ubuntu upgrades their version of it.

Download the file from a mirror to your desktop. Then go to Applications > Accessories > Terminal and type this:

sudo dpkg -i amsn_0.95-3.ubuntu.deb
