Help - Deluge runs invisible

I just restored by Ubuntu system. I have my home directory on a separate partition. It seemed to restore my settings pretty good however now when I run Deluge it's invisible to me and I can't restore the gui. It used to have an icon when it was running in the background but that's not there now. Anyone have an idea how to restore it?

Thanks 8-)

You could rename your ~/.config/deluge to let it write out new config settings and then compare the "pref.state" files?
