HELP: deleted top panel
 

I have relatively small screen so decided to remove the top panel and plave all items on the bottom panel. The problem is apps that minimize to systen tray on the top panel, are no longer visible. Question:

1. How to get the system tray moved to the bottom panel after I have already deleted the top panel? or how to get apps to minimize to panel (totem play, amarok)
2. Failing this, how to get the top panel back on? (last resort)

In the lower panel rt-click on some open space and choose "Add To Panel..."
In the utilities section, it is the "Notification Area".
