Hardy Encrypted DVD playback problems.

Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? I wen to the following site and followed the instructions for adding Non-free components:

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Medibuntu

I downloaded the repository and key. Then I downloaded the libdvdcss2 and libdvdread packages but I'm still getting a garbled mess when ever I try to play an encrypted movie on Hardy Heron.

sudo apt-get install libdvdcss2 libdvdread3 libdvdnav4 build-essential debhelper fakeroot

then:

sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread3/install-css.sh

or if you get an error with that command:

sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread3/examples/install-css.sh
