halt cisco VPN daemon for launch

I am currently working on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. halt on "Starting up Cisco VPN daemon" for launch, when I start laptop.

I can press Ctrl+Alt+F1 to enter the TTY1. when i run "reboot" or "shutdown -h now" command, show two errors as below:

(process: 315): Pango-WARNING ** : failed to choose a font, expect ugly output. engine-type='PangoRenderFc', Script='latin'

(process: 315): Pango-WARNING ** : failed to choose a font, expect ugly output. engine-type='PangoRenderFc', Script='common'

and then reboot or shutdown laptop.

I don't know what happened. who is able to help me resolve it?

thanks in advance!

this question is resolved.

I have uninstalled cisco anyconnect mobility client over sudo /opt/cisco/vpn/bin/vpn_uninstall.sh.
