Gnome3 desktop as default

Hi there,

I am testing version 11.10 and I never like the default unity desktop, I once tried the new Gnome3 desktop and I loved it, it is not only beautiful but functional, it is much more logically designed and I find it easy to locate what I want, but after some package update I lost it, I try hard to install it back but unsuccessful, it seems Ubuntu prevented us to use the Gnome3 desktop, or because the OS still in beta ? at least I want the old classic desktop but it is no longer supported.

Try to re-install gnome-shell now and post any errors you get about unsolvable dependencies.

It should be OK, a couple of packages had to be rebuilt.
