Gnome Pilot Help

How do I use the included Gnome Pilot program to install a file to my PDA? I have it set up so that it syncs me Address Book and stuff with Evolution, but I can't figure out how to make it install a .prc file to my Palm Zire 21.

From the console, gpilot-install-file will send .prc files to the PDA. Read up on it's man page to get the details (though, honestly, that's all there is to it =)
