I have posted this question in the Ubuntu Forums but nobody seems to know it.
I am using Ubuntu 11.04 + Gnome 2.x (not Unity, until they add a lower panel where I can see all my apps currently running)
As Firefox definitely has some memory leaks and performance issues, not like Google Chromium, I have just setup a second Chromium profile so I can use 2 Chromium instances and open at the same time 2 google accounts.
I have done that with the help of this link:
But the final command I have used in step 2 is this one:
Command: chromium-browser --user-data-dir=/home/userName/.config/chromium/newProfile
So the new folder for the new profile is created inside the same chromium folder inside the same existing /home/userName/.config/chromium
I have chosen a different icon when creating the launcher so it is easier to choose to launch one or other chromium profile.
Now I only need to be able to change the icon in the lower panel that Gnome 2.x uses to show one and the other chromium profiles currently running as if they where completely different programs running. How could I do that?
Thanks in advance,
