Flash application Youtube Videos... What is the best navigator or applet to use?

when Using youtube The video controls dont look ok some buttons are on top of the other, and when you try to fast forward the video the web freezes sometime blocking the application.

is there an alternative to view this videos on the navigator in a better way ?? other plug in perhaps?

Im using Gnas and the flash player that firefox installs. ( im using ubuntu 7.10 )

also when reading blogs were youtube videos have been inserted or any other video from other pages like metacafe, megavideo etc onto the web they are not playable at all, a black image appears where the video should be.

By the way I dont care much for running Firefox on wine it wont play the videos well either its like looking it in slow motion.

any comment would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you !!! :)

Gnash is why your controls look like they do.

They haven't quite managed to sort out the interface yet
