Finding a source for Ubuntu studio 14.04 on disks. I usually have problem recording

ISO's to disks. I am an overaged (85) sometime computer geek. I have built my own computers for the last 20-some years. Background: electrical engineer, telephone industry. I find the technology passing me, but I am fed up with Microsoft and I don't share their vision. I have decided to invest my declining ability to learn new things in Linux. I owned and operated a video production business until a stroke discombubulated my mind, now somewhat recovered. I have miles of video footage from our 12 years paddling the Green and Colorado Rivers and I think that Ubuntu Studio may be my cup of tea. I would be grateful for a link to a source for Ubuntu studio 14.04 My e-mail is REMOVED. I am delighted to have found this place. I expect to be back, and who knows, maybe some time I could help somebody else.
Carl

Welcome to LQ, hope you like it here. And good luck with your recovery. Just like everything else, including learning Linux, things take time. For Ubuntu Studio please visit http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntustud...14.04/release/.

If you're looking for a source of already-burned CD/DVDs, ready to install, I always use:

https://www.osdisc.com/index.html

Disclaimer: I have no financial interest in that company, just a personal recommendation for you.

And you have me beat on age - I'm only 81.
