file transfer from a usb device
 

i am working on the project for enabling the transmission between an usb device and a wifi device via an embedded kit. And truly speaking i have no idea how to start with it. if u can plz help me with this and tell me how can i access the connected usb device using c/c++. By 'access' i mean see the contents and transfer the required files.

What's doing the thinking? What's being programmed?
If it's a brainy usb device that wants control, we can't really help without an awful lot of info on the device, which we don't really want anyhow.

If the pc is in control, it sounds doable. Start doing and find out where you get stuck. Do I sniff a university type project here?
