Feisty Fawn- Ready or not?

Hi,

What's the status of feisty fawn? I see the downloadable iso- I'm assuming this is the "testing" release. I know with debian, the testing category is usually rock solid. Is this the case with ubuntu? Anyone know when the stable release is due (thought it was April).

Thanks,

ab

They just relesed Feisty Herd 2 today. And as far as giving it a try I'd say no. They just got the LiveCD Installer finally going yesterday. I had downloaded 8 or 9 daily builds of Feisty Desktop since the middle of December only to find it would error out when partitioner tried to load. Also, I'm having big time trouble being able to burn DVDs because they are switching from hdx to scsi drive identification. In other words...a few things are broken...and have been broken for quite some time. But Feisty is slowly improving. If you're a gluten for punishment (like me...:)) then give it a try.
