error while installing "snmpd" through apt-get


Hello Techie..

I am getting an error while installing "snmpd" on ubuntu 12.0.4, I did steps as below please find the attachment/ verify and help me to solve the issue.

apt-get install snmpd (output in attachment)

apt-get -f install (output in attachment)

apt-get -f autoremove (output in attachment)
