When emacs starts its "screensaver" mechanism (it calls it "zoning"), all CPU power is consumed until I fokus the window again. Why is this so, and how can I disable it? I'm running Breezy on my laptop, and the screensaver-mechanism makes the fan run. This, of course, is something I could do without.

Edit: I guess the zoning-mechanism could be disabled in the config file, but I don't seem to have such a file. In another thread is started I got some config file examples in order to remove the defaults (i.e., no menu bar, zoning, etc), but with no luck.
