Your Answer....

Hello My Friend...
If You Want to do this you have do disable your adept manager update...
if you want do this first go
Code:

KMenu -> System -> Adept Manager
now it will ask for your root (or main user) password...
Enter it...
now in adept manager window go to this Menu...
Code:

Adept -> Manage Repositories
now in Software Sources Window go to the Update tab...
now uncheck the "Check For Update" Check Box.
and then click on the close button...
and you can close the adept manager window now.

OK. It's Done.
You DID It Well.
Now Your System Wont Check for Update...

I Hope It Be Helpful. ;)
