Differences between Standard Ubuntu 14.04 vs 14.10


Basically just wondering, I might be in a situation to have to choose very soon.

One big difference is that 14.10 is no longer supported and hasn't been for almost a year, no update no new software.
14.04 support until April, 2019.

Thanks yancek, that is a very big difference, LOL. Is there any Ubuntu long term genome distros that are as good as the regular 14.04 Ubuntu ?

For me none.Some people say mint,but i tried it and many more and i was always back on Ubuntu 12.04 and now 1404,1604 for me sucks right now.

I really like 14.04, at least up to this last fiasco, I guess there moto is if you're going to mess up, do it BIG time, LOL.
