Desktop without icons and panels
 

After some time, my ubuntu makes the following one:

When it loads gdm, after to make login as to user,
it appears the Desktop without icons and panels.

If to make: ctr+ Alt+F2
e to make login as root
e later, startx

it normally appears theDesktop.

What can I do?
