Question Dell Latitude e6510 is not booting with Ubuntu 10.04 LTS

It sounds like a defective Live CD of the 64bit version. Have you tried that Live CD on another computer with a 64Bit processor?

I recognized the message because the other day I unknowingly booted a Latitude D610 with an Ubuntu 10.04 64bit USB key. LOL

Yes! I have installed 10.04 LTS on another quad core desktop successfully with this live CD.
