cvs client for ubuntu

Hi, I need to get project files from a cvs server of sourceforge. I installed cvs but I don't know how to use it. I basically need to download a package from this address. If someone could help me out as soon as possible I would appreciate it. Thanks.

You could try the commands listed at the project's CVS access page at http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=114161...
