connect to internet thru Arcor-DSL-Speed-Modem-100
 

Hi,
i want to connect to internet thru Arcor-DSL-Speed-Modem-100 but dont know how to configure that on ubuntu. Ive been working with suse and there it was rather easy as the setup tool (yast) supplied a gui to accomplish that. Ubuntu supplies a gui to configure a modem but it doesnt work with my isp (arcor). So if u know or have an idea, plz tell me

I guess you need pppoeconf. You can download it via apt-get or Synaptic and then state
