Just simply try removing via apt-get

Code:
apt-get remove gpar2

Edit: Did a google search and found this at http://forum.freespire.org/archive/i...hp/t-3429.html.

Ok, it's fixed. I talked to JDoyle on the IRC channel and he told me to look in /var/lib/dpkg/status and remove all gpar2 entries. then do a dpkg --purge gpar2. All is well now.

Thanks for the help guys.
