Can't open .deb files - very easy question

Hi. I accidentally removed the file association with .deb files on Kubuntu (they are found under application » x-deb), and now I can't execute them.

I know I can use sudo dpkg -i but I would like to restore it to the default option, so I can just double click the file.

Thanks.

This may work:
K Menu -> Settings -> KDE Components -> File Associations.
Find application/x-deb in the left panel, add the program you want to associate with in the right. If application/x-deb is not there, I think you should be able to add it without a problem, as long as you define the file extentions.
