can't find /dev/raw1394

I Can't find /dev/raw1394. It just disappeared. Is there a place I can download it, I already Googled for it.

You can't download /dev files. They're not static files, they're interface links created by your system to the various hardware and software devices in your computer.

You need to find out why your system isn't creating the device link. Perhaps the driver isn't loading correctly or the device isn't being detected properly or something. But don't ask me; I personally have no idea when it comes to 1394 devices.
